How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on two factors: invoice volume (number of invoices processed per month) and which workflows you choose. During our consultation, we analyze your current AR process and provide a custom quote with clear monthly pricing. Volume discounts apply for higher invoice counts.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup and deployment costs are included in your monthly subscription. There are no surprise implementation fees. Your quoted price covers technical discovery, workflow configuration, QuickBooks integration, team training, and ongoing support.
What happens after the pilot period?
After the 2-4 week pilot deployment, you have the option to continue with month-to-month service or commit to an annual contract for additional savings. If LunarLogic doesn't deliver the promised time savings and process improvements, we work with you until it does or part ways with no hard feelings.
Can I add workflows later?
Yes. You can start with one workflow and add more as you see results. Existing customers receive priority onboarding for additional workflows, typically deployed within one week. Pricing adjusts based on your total workflow count, with multi-workflow discounts applied.
What if my invoice volume changes?
Your plan automatically adjusts to your volume. We review usage quarterly and adjust pricing if your volume has significantly increased or decreased. You're never penalized for growth, and if your volume drops, your pricing decreases accordingly.
Are there any contract minimums?
No. Month-to-month service is available after your pilot period. Annual contracts receive a discount but are not required. We earn your business every month through results, not lock-in contracts.
